What it is: Your fitness trainer for coding. Weekly async check-ins where you report progress and I respond with feedback, pushback, and direction.

How it works:

• Monday: You send me a structured update (5 questions via form): What did you accomplish? What blocked you? What's your #1 goal this week?
• Tuesday: I respond (5-10 min review per client): Acknowledge wins, provide one observation or pushback, end with "What's the first action today?"

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a way to try working together before committing?

Yes — book a Ship It Session (€50). One focused hour on a specific problem. You'll experience how I work, explain things, and give feedback. No obligation after.

Can I pause my accountability subscription?

Yes. Life happens. You can pause for up to 4 weeks per year without losing your spot. Beyond that, you will need to re-enroll (and I may be at capacity).

Do you work with complete beginners?

Yes, but only if you've already completed a beginner course (freeCodeCamp, Codecademy, etc.). I don't teach syntax. I teach how to actually ship projects and get hired.

If you're brand new (never written a line of code), start with a beginner course first. Come back when you've built 2-3 simple projects.

What timezone are you in?

Europe/Berlin (CET/CEST). I work with clients globally, but live sessions are typically 9 AM - 6 PM Berlin time. Accountability check-ins are async, so timezone doesn't matter.

What's the cancellation policy?

Accountability-as-a-Service: Cancel anytime, no notice period.

Build-With-Me: Full refund if cancelled before we start. After the session begins, no refund — you're paying for time together.

Fractional CTO: Monthly billing, cancel with 30 days notice.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, for Fractional CTO and Build-With-Me sessions where you're sharing proprietary code. Not required for Accountability-as-a-Service (you control what you share).
